OUR CATERING HISTORY

Started in January 2005, by Chef MJ Scharaga, the Nyotaimori Experience began offering naked sushi parties that created an interest in the service beyond a single city. Today we offer nyotaimori sushi aka naked sushi service to most major cities and some smaller ones. We done over 400 events in 22 different states and worked with ABCTV, Vice.com, Buzzfeed, Playboy and many other organizations. What truly sets us apart is our skill to create amazing world class sushi using only the finest quality ingredients. Chef Scharaga has been featured for the art of nyotaimori and also received recognition for his culinary talent over the years as a chef.

Our sourcing is from the finest seafood purveyors and often directly from Tsukiji market. We prefer fresh over frozen and you should too for your naked sushi experience.

Why should I have a naked sushi party? Providing nyotaimori and nantaimori naked sushi since 2005 has provided us with experience not found in any other service like ours. We understand events. We leave nothing to chance and you will certainly leave your guests with true impression.

How safe is naked sushi? We are ServSafe certified and fully insured. We closely monitor the temperature of the ingredients. We also prepare rice according to Federal Food Safety guidelines.

How Long do events last? Most of our events last an hour to two. However, we can provide service to cover longer events.

What other foods can be served "naked"? We can create a menu featuring sushi, tasting spoons, desserts, and other foods. Our chefs have training and knowledge. They have owned restaurants and worked in some of the best sushi restaurants. So when it comes to naked sushi or nyotaimori, we are confident in our ability to cater your event successfully.

What Cities do you serve Nyotaimori and Naked Sushi? We are the only nyotaimori service with the ability to serve nearly any City. Naked Sushi - Nyotaimori/Nantaimori

Our naked sushi features both male (nantaimori) and women (nyotaimori) experiences. We started in January of 2005 and with over 450 events, no one has provided more service to more events during that time. We can provide service to nearly every and any city with an airport. Our naked sushi is truly an upscale exotic dining experience. Certainly more bold and daring than other catering. Ask yourself when was the last time someone raved about a carving station?
